​Trailer for documentary about Kurt Cobain surfaces online

The first trailer for the documentary about Nirvana's vocalist "Cobain: Montage of Heck" has surfaced online. The film's set to premiere via HBO in May 4th.

The short video shows footage from musician's family archives, photos and illustrations that were not available to the general public. You can also hear fragments from the interviews with Kurt's relatives and Nirvana's musicians.

As previously reported, "Cobain: Montage of Heck" is directed by Brett Morgan, who is known for his work on documentary film "Crossfire Hurricane" about The Rolling Stones and "The Kid Stays in the Picture" about Robert Evans. The musician's daughter Frances Bean Cobain is the executive producer of the film.
