Contrary to court decision: Batushka's ex-vocalist unveils new video

Ex-vocalist of the Polish project Batushka Bartłomiej Krysiuk revealed the music video "Chapter I: The Emptiness — Polunosznica", presenting it as a band’s new release despite the court decision.

On May 6, Krzysztof Drabikowski unveiled court documents on the case of personal property and payment protection. According to the decision of the Regional Court in Bialystok, Poland, dated April 18, 2019, former vocalist and band’s manager Bartłomiej Krysiuk is forbidden "to release album under the name of Batushka or Батюшка" and "to give concerts under the name of Batushka or Батюшка" for the time of court proceedings.

Batushka's first and latest album "Litourgiya", which was recorded with Krysiuk and Drabikowski, was released in 2015.
